Please read thoroughly before booking your appointment
•A non refundable deposit of $75 to reserve your session will be used toward remaining balance at your appointment.
•All sessions are “by appointment "please be courteous and arrive on time any “no-shows” are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
•Please read over and follow all pre-care instructions to ensure the best results. 50% of your results have to do with your pre-and post care.
•Everyone’s results vary depending on:
Skin type, blood type, age, lifestyle, existing hair, brow structure, sun exposure, medication, etc.
Restrictions may apply
•Anyone under age 18
•Pregnant or nursing
•Chemotherapy (must consult your doctor and obtain a written consent)
•Chemical peels within two weeks of your appointment
•Botox within two weeks
•Heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, poor general health
•Off Accutane for one year
•Refrain from Retin-A, Glycolic, alpha hydroxy acids, and fish oil two weeks prior to your appointment
•May not have major heart conditions/pacemaker
Photos/Videos/Audio taken during appointments may be used for marketing.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS:
We understand things happen, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please let us know by notifying us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
We recommend you arrive 15min early to your appointment to fill out your forms.
GUESTS :
For your safety & protection, No extra guests, children, or pets allowed. No exception due to sanitary and cross contamination reasons.
